In The Pines, Inc. is a non-profit organization founded in 1978.  The mission of In The Pines is to provide safe, clean and affordable housing combined with social services and support programs to enhance the quality of life for low income farm workers in Palm Beach County Florida.

Through its two communities, Pines North and Pines South, located in Delray Beach, Florida, In The Pines has improved the lives of hundreds of farmworker families.

With the recent completion of the ground-up renovations of its North facility, In The Pines is in line to become the first non-profit housing organization in the United States to build affordable, rental LEED Platinum level certified Town Homes!
